Information and communication technologies also know as ICT is rapidly making it’s way into schools and colleges.

Technology is now part and parcel of our everyday lives. Most people own or have used a computer or a smartphone.  Education has also jumped onto the technology bandwagon  and has introduced ICT in classrooms.

ICT is a powerful medium that helps provide current, dynamic education anywhere at anytime. Teachers and students no longer need to depend upon physical books. The educational material is online and is dynamic.

Students who have benefited from using this medium, are better prepared to move into the workplace environment, where computers have become more pervasive.

ICT is beneficial for teachers, parents and students, as it helps teachers get access to relevant and timely information. Parents see a higher involvement in their children school activities and students find interactive education less mundane .
